Jane and Paul met at Leeds Uni as did Richard and I. We met again in Boots in Bath and became close friends: barbecues, booze and practical jokes at Brougham Hayes and Warmley. We should've gone ski-ing together until Richard broke his thumb on the dry ski slope! At that time three of us were working at Fry's, Somerdale, at the start of our careers: Jane in Industrial Engineering. Wonderful memories particulary of the Chateau holiday and weekends in Alvechurch, announcing Jane was pregnant with twins at her 40th, the Wirral and at Jane's 50th celebration. Pleased to have seen Jane recently in West Kirby. Jane was so generous spirited, kind and patient. We are so struck by the strong family bond she and Paul have created and how much the family cares for one another. It's a wonderful legacy that will have made her proud.
