Jane started work in 1974 at J S Fry & Sons at Somerdale (part of Cadbury Schweppes). Most of her time was spent in the IT Department and she remained in this area when we moved to Cadbury’s HQ in Bournville, Birmingham in 1977. By the time she left work, for Maternity Leave, in 1986 Jane had been a Principal Analyst Programmer for 6 years. Jane started work again in 2001, working as a part time Teaching Assistant in St Mary’s College, Wallasey. She was unable to work for the last 15 months due to her illness.
